As for our other frozen products, this method of
preservation provides a product comparable in every way to the fresh
one. It is important to keep the temperature below -15 C.
Recommended uses: Take them out of the freezer in
advance, cut and mince them when possible; the final defrosting will
take place during cooking. Mixed with warm extra virgin olive oil they
become a delicate seasoning for first and main courses, or special
sauces.
