Ingredients
8 oz thick-cut bacon, about 5 pieces¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon light brown sugar
2 tablespoon Truffle Maple Syrup, divided
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F degrees. Prepare a sheet tray fitted with a wire cooling rack.
2. Season the bacon with pepper and sugar.
3. Place bacon onto rack, separated evenly. Roast for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and brush with ½ of the Truffle Maple Syrup. Place back into oven, and finish roasting for an additional 5 minutes.
4. Brush the remaining truffle maple syrup, and serve.
