Truffle Meatloaf

Serves 6


1 lb ground beef
1 cup dried bread crumbs
½ yellow onion, chopped
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 egg, beaten
½ cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup Sabatino Truffle Hot Ketchup


  • Preheat oven to 350˚F. Lightly grease a 9X5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, using your hands or a wooden spoon, mash to combine all of the ingredients for the meatloaf. Add the meat mixture to the loaf pan, making sure it is packed evenly.
  • In a small bowl, make the glaze: whisk to combine the sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Sabatino Truffle Hot Ketchup. Mix well and pour evenly over the meatloaf.
  • Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Remove from oven; let rest for 10 minutes; slice and serve.
