Avocado Toast with Sabatino Truffle Honey

Serves 1


1 slice sourdough bread
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
1/2 avocado, halved and peeled
Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Salt, to taste
Red chili flakes, to taste
1 teaspoon Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Honey


  1. Lightly toast the bread. Spread 1 teaspoon butter evenly across.
  2. Thinly slice the avocado, and arrange onto the bread.
  3. Sprinkle salt and chili flakes on top of the avocado
  4. Drizzle truffle honey on top.
  5. Cut in half, and serve.
