3 Russet Potatoes
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
3 Tablespoons Sabatino Truffle Oil (White OR Black)
1/4 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoons chopped Italian Parsley
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Pepper
Total Time: 45 min
Prep: 15 min
Cook: 30 min
Preheat oven to 425 Degrees
Cut Potatoes length wise into 1/2 inch slices, then slices length wise to half inch thick pieces that resemble classic French fries
Toss with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper. Arrange fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes total, flipping French fries half way through baking. Fries should be Golden Brown and crispy to touch.
Toss Fries in Truffle Oil, Parsley and Grated Parmesan and Enjoy!
