Ingredients
1 1⁄2 oz vodka
4 oz Clamato juice
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 barspoon Sabatino Black Winter Truffle Juice
1 pinch Sabatino Truffle Rosemary Truffle Salt
Prepared horseradish, to taste (optional)
Directions
- Build all ingredients in tin, add ice & shake.
- Strain over fresh ice in garnished glass.
GARNISH: fresh rosemary sprig, celery stalk, lemon wheel half dusted in Sabatino Rosemary Truffle Salt.
GLASSWARE: high ball.
