Serves 8-10   Ingredients 1 baguette, sliced into 20 ½” bias cut slicesExtra-virgin olive oil2 cups whole milk ricotta, drainedSalt and pepperSabatino Truffle Honey2 lemons, grated zestFresh Truffles, optional Directions Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Arrange the sliced baguettes in a single layer onto a baking sheet. Lightly brush the slices with olive oil. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Divide ricotta among crostini. Serves 2 Ingredients 1 tablespoon unsalted butter¼ teaspoon salt¼ cup Sabatino Truffle Hot Steak Sauce2 cups sliced mushrooms (your choice –button, portabello or a mix) Directions  In a large skillet on medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add the mushrooms and season with salt. Cook until moisture has evaporated and mushrooms have softened, about 5 minutes.
