Truffle Hot Steak Sauce Mushrooms

Serves 2


1 tablespoon unsalted butter
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup Sabatino Truffle Hot Steak Sauce
2 cups sliced mushrooms (your choice –button, portabello or a mix)


  • In a large skillet on medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add the mushrooms and season with salt. Cook until moisture has evaporated and mushrooms have softened, about 5 minutes. Pour in the truffle steak sauce and stir, using a spatula, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer mushrooms to a bowl as a side dish or serve on top of burgers, steaks, or tacos.
