OUR NATURAL FLAVORS COME FROM ACTUAL FRESH TRUFFLES.
We start with the freshest truffles from our farms.
And then, we use a proprietary extraction process to extract the aroma from real truffles to infuse into our truffle products. It is important for us to have vertical integration, so we know exactly what we're sharing with the world.
What does Vertical Integration mean?
We have tight control of our supply chain.
We have the lands where truffles grow, we have the manufacturing plant in Italy where the truffles first arrive.
We sort and clean the truffles.
We control the use of these truffles in a variety of ways: proprietary extraction process for aroma, preserve truffles for products, and send fresh truffles to be used in dishes all over the world.
OH, AND WE DEFINITELY KEEP SOME TRUFFLES FOR OURSELVES TOO!

What does the Non-GMO Project verified mean?
The Non-GMO Project gives third-party verification and labeling for products that are not genetically modified. Companies - like us - choose to have this level of authentication in order for our loyal customers to trust that we are Non-GMO.
All of our products are Non-GMO.
But, these labels give you extra reassurance that we are telling you the truth. We plan to have all products showcase the Non-GMO label, but it’s a lengthy and expensive process.
